It's a Star Wars Party! Isn't this exciting? 

Well, the funny part is, like most penguins said, is that the Monsters University Party has not even started yet and Club Penguin is already revealing another party.

I'm guessing that the release date for the Party is going to be mid-July like the Monster University Party release date.
